              managecla.pngFrom the main menu on the left of the screen, go to Monitoring Administration > Manage Customers/Locations/Agents

              Adding a Customer

              On the Customer Administration page, click on the Add Customer button on the right hand side of the screen

              The Add Customer box will show on the screen and will have couple tabs on the top: General, Reporting, Remote Control Approval, Template Access.

              On the General tab, there is a box for Customer Name. This is usually the restaurant, grocery store, or store name. I used Vigilix Cafe for this example. If this is all you would like to do for this customer, click OK to save the customer and close the window.

              Reporting

              This tab allows you to create customized reports for the entire customer. This means that any locations and agents under this customer can generate reports.

              *IMPORTANT!*

              If you set up reports on the customer level for certain users, you do not need to set reports on the location level for them as well. Doing this will cause duplicate reports to be sent to the people selected to receive the reports.

              The Remote Control Approval tab will allow you to set an email address or addresses that will receive an email alerting that someone is trying to connect to an agent. There will be a PIN in the email that will need to be provided to the user trying to connect.

              Template Access

              This tab allows you to set what templates this customer has access to.Select the templates on the left you do not want the customer to see, and the click the right arrow button to hide them. Click OK to save.

              adremoteapproval.PNGOnce the customer has been created, you will be able to see it on the screen under Recently added/changed and under All on the Customer Administration page

              Adding a Location

              To add a location to the customer, click on the circle with the two arrows on the left hand side of the customer name you want to add the location to

              When the Location Administration window opens, click on the Add Location button to the right of the customer name

              The Add Location box will show on the screen and will have couple tabs on the top: General, Reporting, Remote Control Approval, Template Access.

              On the General tab, there is a box for Location Name. This is usually the city and state or street address of the location. I used Greenville, SC for this example. If this is all you would like to do for this location, click OK to save the location and close the window.

              This tab allows you to create customized reports for the entire location. This means that any locations and agents under this customer can generate reports.
